Villa Glaros is literally located on the Platys Gyalos beach, a mere 10 metres from the sea. The bus stop lies at about 70 metres away. The Villa sits at a 15 km distance from the Port of Sifnos and 10 km from Apollonia, the scenic capital of Sifnos.

The sandy beach of Platys Gyalos, one of the largest beaches on Sifnos, is for years in a row awarded with the blue flag. Platys Gyalos features an organised marina for visiting boats and its beach boasts a slew of restaurants and café-bars. Here you can engage in water sports activities while there is a number of boat rentals.
